WhizzFizzFest Lunch Club BuzzChill

for children and grown-ups as well!

at the Petri Dish.

Take some time away from the main festival buzz to enjoy some creative activities, arts and meaningfull conversations about Motherhood-Friendship-Legacy with Donna Whayman-Bailey.

 

During that time talented students from the  Bucks Music Trust will provide music on the stage and you have the opportunity to enjoy some food at the Petri Dish.

Fresh for 2022, WhizzFizzFest isn’t just for little kids – it’s for big ones too!

Join Bernadette Russell for an exclusive session her practice, with time for questions from the audience. Stay on afterwards to watch her show, 366 Days of Kindness. A perfect opportunity to meet other creatives and develop your practice, whether you’re an aspiring, emerging or established artist.

Bernadette will talk about how she developed as an artist, the social engagement element to her practice and how she made and toured her show 366 Days of Kindness. Organised in partnership with Buckinghamshire Culture and Farnham Maltings and hosted by the Petri Dish.

a part stand-up, part storytelling 

6:30 – 8:00PM

For the inaugural WhizzFizzFest ‘After Hours’, come on down to the Petri Dish on Aylesbury High Street to enjoy a part stand-up, part storytelling wonder from Bernadette Russell questioning ‘can kindness really change the world?’. You might even win a million dollars (really).

Refreshments are available to purchase at The Petri Dish.

6.30pm | 75 mins running time | 15 min interval

ACCESSIBILITY

  • There are spacious parking places within 2-10 minutes walking distance.

You can have a look to the picture which one is more suitable for you.

  • Wheelchair-friendly

There is wheel chair access throughout the ground floor.

Also both entrances are accessible.

The Petri Dish does not have disabled toilet.

  • Hearing loop

In the building hearing loop installed and covers most part of the building, which always active during performances

  • Simple layout to make it Dementia-friendly
  • Baby changing & breast feeding room
  • Animals welcomed at the decking area (back entrance)

We want to keep low every allergens in the building, that`s why only guide dogs allowed inside,

BUT

we welcome dogs (and of course cats, reptiles, bees, spiders and most of the creatures mentioned in the large collection of “Brehm’s Life of Animals” etc.) on or around our deck at our rear entrance.

All those guests who are in the building with their guide dogs GENTLE REMINDER:

Only the ground floor available for them in the property.

Please make sure your dog stay on the floor – do not let them up to the furniture.

Please do not give them drink or food in the building.

At the rear entrance we always offer fresh water in a bowl.
